Must have

For me this is a new must have! It tames my frizz and makes my hair feel so soft to touch and makes detangling after washing so easy! Smells lovely and protects from heat too which is a bonus.

Aveda Botanical Repair Leave-in

I'm a big fan of Aveda but this leave-in treatemnt is honestly so disappointing for me. The leave-in is lightweight and very, very easy to apply. It feels almost fully absorbed into hair with virtually zero residue left. I like that I almost do not need to wash my hands after rubbing this into my hair! I use this on my freshly washed hair. Love the fresh-cut grass scent! However, I found that it doesn't make my hair smoother in anyway. When I run my fingers through my hair throughout the day, I found that the hair strands tend to feel 'stuck' together and not separated like the usual smooth strands. I do realise that this product claims that it will re-build damage and strengthens hair - which it probably does. My hair is not treated so it's not brittle and unfortunately I don't have the right hair to witness any benefit. I am after a treatment which can strengthen my hair and also can make my hair feels smooth. Unfortunately this is not the one :(
