This gave me a burning, peeling, sensitive skin

I bought this product in a mystery box, and it has been a nightmare for my skin. Almost immediately after applying it, I experienced burning, peeling, and intense redness especially the nose area. My skin felt incredibly uncomfortable for weeks. I've never had such a bad reaction to a skincare product before. Extremely disappointed!

Burning sensation which irritates skin

I have been using Kiehls for many years and love the Calendula range. I have tried this emulsion recently and persisted with a few applications but it really burns. The burn on my skin is immediate and leaves my skin irritated each time. I am clearly disappointed as I usually love your products. I would like to please swap for a different product. Please let me know how I can organise this. Thank you.
