Very disappointed
The pencil is nice quality but I cannot turn the bottom to get more product. I would like a replacement or a refund please

Best Luxurious eyeliner in the business
Only eyeliner that will not affect my sensitive eyes and give me the true color payoff and complete my look easy to apply and really shows up on my dark skin. Fabulous!
