Great texture, but should be fragrance free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve probably tried most cleansing balms out there, and I really like this one. This balm has a light, smooth texture that is easy to work with. It melts easily and is not stiff and does not pull at skin, which is really nice when taking off eye makeup. The texture is a bit like Banila Co but softer. This balm easily takes off my makeup without stripping my skin. It’s an excellent makeup remover and/or first cleanse option. I have very sensitive oily skin, so I often only cleanse with cleansing balm, and this one works well for this. However, I did have to take off a star for the smell and fragrance. Let me explain: when I first used this balm, I assumed based on the smell that it was fragrance free. It doesn’t smell bad, but it does smell like unfragranced, unmasked ingredients, like oils and maybe something herbal. I was surprised when I looked at the label and it had perfume on there! I’m not sure what fragrance they were going for, but they may as well have not put it in there.
