Lasted Throughout The Day
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the tan to deep shade was too dark for my tone. I had to be very careful which how much bronzer I put on because it looked very unnatural since the shade was too deep and I had to cover it up with foundation to offset it. However, it did stay on throughout the day and gave me a slightly more intense appearance that made me look a bit more confident. I also had to be careful with the blush as well because it would appear clown like if I wasn't extremely careful with how much I put on because the shades were to deep for my skin tone. All in all though, the product was effective because it didn't fade and helped me to appear more feminine and/or intense which boosted my confidence. I cannot wait to try out a palette that is meant for my skin tone next time.

pretty but extremely fragile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 01 and I generally like it, but I don't know that one person would like/use all of the shades in this one and it does have some drawbacks. I'd give it a 3-3.5 in this shade. The bronzer and the orange blush run quite warm, while the highlighter and the pink blush are more neutral in comparison. I have neutral, very fair skin, and as a result I find the pink blush and the highlighter to be the most usable. The orange blush, especially, is very, very, orange on me. The bronzer is passable with a light hand, but not as flattering my usual bronzers. Each of the colors is moderately pigmented but quite buildable, so you can make the colors more or less intense. The trouble is that they are EXTREMELY soft, so you need a really light hand if you use a brush to avoid gouging into them--because of this I ended up using a few very light layers to build up to a medium level of color. It should be a great travel palette because of the size, but the powders are too soft to survive anywhere outside of a vanity. The plastic of the palette itself is sturdy and closes securely, but anything bump seems liable to shatter the powders. Using a brush, the highlighter blended fine, but the bronzer didn't blend quite as well and left some patches more pigmented than others. You can get more immediate pigmentation and less damage/powder by using your fingers, but this does make the blending a bit more imperative. I did also like using the highlight on my eyelids--it also makes finger application a bit more feasible. All of the powders have a slightly luminous finish, but didn't look glittery or sparkly and didn't have an intense shine to them. I didn't find it to emphasise or blur texture or imperfections. I think I might have actually preferred one of the darker palettes, as 02 and 03 have both blush colors that look like they might work for the same undertones (versus the orange of this palette being too warm for me), and the highlighters can make beautiful eyeshadows
