Sticky jelly breaks easily

The product description is very appealing. I bought this after Skimm recommended it. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this product. The jelly broke off in weird bits that don’t blend well into the skin, even when using very gently. On the 3rd or 4th use, the top half of the stick broke off, so it’s basically unusable. I don’t find the serum itself to be anything special- I definitely don’t notice a cooling or soothing effect. If anything it leaves skin a bit sticky. I will be attempting to return this.
