Too big and heavy - slides off my face

The mask is way to big for my face. It literally slides down and off while waiting. I’ve done other masks and not had this issue

Burned

After about 12 minutes I noticed my skin burning. Now my forehead and cheeks are red. It’s hydrating but leaves a sticky feeling after. I have combination and sensitive skin.
