Sunscreen container leakage

I put a week of using it however it arrived leaking in the package. A noticeable amount of the product had spilled before I even opened it. I contacted Sephora expecting them to help resolve the issue, but the situation wasn’t properly addressed and nothing was done to make up for the damaged product. I can’t fully judge the sunscreen itself because I didn’t receive it in proper condition, but the packaging and customer service experience were disappointing. I hope Sephora improves how they handle damaged items in orders.
