This is a gorgeous product. It does have a cool/cold snap feeling to it. But it's smooth and blendable before drying. I did use a setting spray, the red can by L'Oreal, but it didn't budge. I'll have to try it w/o a spray to see how it does on its own. No fallout but it's sparkly so you'd think maybe it has some. It doesn't. Wildy impressed. Back for more colors.
