Best waterproof liquid eyeliner
I have been using health product for over 10 years and this is the best waterproof liquid eyeliner ever! It doesn’t end up on your eyelids and it stays on for up to 8 to 10 hours without touchup.

Long lasting
Not as waterproof as some of my other waterproof liners. Still a great product for the price tho. I own 3 at the moment
