It’s A must buy to see the difference 10 days
I went into the shop and was advised to try this product. I’ve been using it every night, and what a difference it has made! I had started to notice wrinkles developing on my neck, but after just 10 days they were noticeably reduced. It smells lovely, and a little goes a long way, so make sure to give it a good shake before using it. I honestly didn’t expect to see results so quickly. Great value for money and it’s nice to find a product that actually works.

Packaging makes it not worth buying
I love the formula of this serum and would gladly keep repurchasing it, but the packaging has become a dealbreaker. Since the packaging redesign, I have purchased four bottles, and every single one has had the same issue: the pipette/dropper component eventually comes loose from the lid. Once that happens, the serum leaks everywhere and makes it impossible to travel with. I’ve had it spill inside multiple bags, wasting product and creating a mess. The serum itself is hydrating, lightweight, and works beautifully on my skin. My rating is entirely due to the packaging. It’s frustrating because I genuinely want to continue buying this product, but after four bottles with the exact same defect, I can’t justify purchasing it again unless the packaging is improved. Please bring back the previous packaging or redesign the dropper so it stays securely attached.
