Made my hair and scalp feel greasy after washing

I actually loved this shampoo during the winter and went through a bottle with no issues, so I repurchased it. However, after opening my new bottle, my experience has been completely different. I use a clarifying shampoo and a dandruff shampoo once a week (the dandruff shampoo after oiling), and this was supposed to be my gentle everyday shampoo. After clarifying with Ouai, my scalp felt clean and my hair stayed soft through a 9-hour shift. Later that evening, I washed with this shampoo before an important event, and it left my scalp feeling greasy and my hair looking flat, frizzy, and almost dirty. I'm not sure if the formula has changed, if I got a bad batch, or if it's simply too heavy for my fine hair in the summer, but it no longer performs the way it did for me. I had a similar experience with the volumizing version, which also made my fine hair feel waxy.

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks now and it honestly made my hair feel so much softer and cleaner without drying it out. It lathers well, smells amazing, and leaves my hair looking shiny and fresh for days. Definitely a good option if you want something gentle but effective.
