Dry to combination skin - must have primer

I have dry skin and this formula is perfect . Does not peel the foundation and it’s hydrating so make up looks great all day . Stopped using all other primers .

Despite the hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, this primer made me break out. I have very clear skin and was super surprised as this had been recommended to me by multiple different friends. I did feel like my makeup wore well with it, but I had stop using it because it made me break out every time I used it.
