Not just for pimples.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t use it for acne. I have an autoimmune related skin condition and when I have a flareup these little stars help it heal 10 times more quickly and painlessly. Plus they’re infinitely cuter than the spots from the flareup.
