Okay so I was debating between the Ultra Blur Translucent and the regular Translucent powder because I just didn't know the differences. I ended up buying both to compare and the 2 biggest differences I found were: -the UB version does NOT have talc in it and it has really mini shimmers in the powder. It's very fine, so it's not like applying glitter on your face or anything, but you do definitely see a bit of a powdery"sheen" when applied. -the regular translucent powder (this one) DOES have talc and it's more matte. I personally have dry under eyes and a medium skin tone and this regular version works well for me. It does brighten a little as well and I don't find that it creases. I sometimes use it to set concealer over acne, so I would probably reach for this one instead of the UB.
