Not a good eyeliner, not a fan of the felt tip and is a little patchy. Not waterproof nor smuge proof at all. I recommended the NYX tattoo eyeliner, that is cryproof, pool, everything.

I love Sephora waterproof eyeliners. No other eyeliner stays on quite like them.
