Beautiful scent poor durability

I love this scent so much, have purchased the spray, body wash, and lotion and love them. I was excited about the option of the balm for public settings when a spray feels less appropriate. I had read one review that indicated the jelly balm fell apart but thought it might be a one off. I’ve had it for a week, never left it in a heated environment, and it just fell apart. I still have some jelly attached but now it’s continuously falling apart and losing chunks out of it. It’s basically unusable. Very disappointing.

breaks easily

while the scent is excellent and matches the other products of the same variety, the product is extremely fragile and broke off after just a dozen uses.
