Tons of fallout. If I don't wipe under my eyes every 10 or 15 minutes it looks like I've been crying. The brush is a gimmick and does not aid in application whatsoever. It actually makes it harder to apply. So disappointed that I spent so much money on this item.

Transfers even after allowing it to dry for a few minutes. It looks great, but it’s gets everywhere
