It does not tan
I tried it once just in my feet to know how it would work and it didn’t tan, my skin is really white and what it turned my skin a little bit orange, but it was still pale, even though this is a medium.

Love this
I’m a big fake tan girly. I swear by St.Tropez self tanner but gave this a shot after I bought the glow drops. I love the glow drops to Mix with a moisturizer in the winter for a bit of a glow! This mist is fantastic. At first I was nervous but it is much easier and fast than the other tanners I use. I will say if you do use the most definitely get the brush they sell separately. That helps with hands, feet and face application. I do my whole body and do those last. I also wash my hands really good after applying before I spray and brush my hands.
