Does Nothing
Was able to use it twice (barely) kept it down as suggested and still no tint in it, have tried several times and then I trashed it.

dry as a bone pen, not much color
pen already feels dry after a few uses. today I feel like it didn't apply any color at all. I had to use clarins lip stain over it. just buy the clarins one. it has truer colors, plenty of fluid, and a better applicator. this huda pen is dry as a bone.
