Drying

Although the colour is beautiful and has a nice cooling effect is very drying on my lips.I can only use it with a balm on top. Won't buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful softening lip balm has a tinge of glitter left on your lips! It has a little bit of a pH color changing effect on your lips which really complements I’m pretty sure my lips have a tiny bit tinge of a pink after using this.
