Not for 2x daily use. Stripped skin barrier

Review for the Clinique 3-Step All About Clean Liquid Facial Cleanser Soap (oily skin). Used this cleanser for a couple of weeks and thought it was an effective cleanser that cleansed the day off and didn't leave any residue. However, figured out that this was destroying my skin barrier and causing acne. This leaves the skin incredibly dry and stripped. Even with heavy moisturizers, the damage to the skin barrier is visible and incredibly stripping, especially as you use it over time. Do not recommend it as a daily cleanser, but if you need a clarifying cleanser once a week (or twice a month), this might be useful if you have incredibly oily skin and/or in a humid/warm climate. Definitely not for a daily/nightly cleanser, especially if you have sensitive, dehydrated, or acne-prone skin

Great mild cleanser from Clinique leaves my skin soft and super clean.
