UGH - LEAVES SPARKLES ALL UNDER MY EYES :/

SPARKLES ALL OVER MY UNDER EYE AREA AFTER 2 HOURS WEAR :/ I have used this for years on my upper eyelids. The latest stick I got is not formulated the same - for 10 years my sticks did not leave sparkles all over me! I'm upset as this has been my go-to eyelid shadow for such a long time and now it's unusable.
