Very Disappointed After Loving It the First Time

The first time I bought the Tarte lip liner, I absolutely loved it ,it applied smoothly, the color was beautiful, and it lasted even after eating. It quickly became my go-to, and I was excited to repurchase. But sadly, the last two times I bought it, the pencil didn’t twist up at all. I thought it was just a one-time defect, but it happened again with my third one. I ended up wasting my money twice, and I couldn’t even use the product. Really love the formula but I wasted my money twice
