Formula’s good, packaging isn’t

The formula is great, and it is plumping. The packaging is very messy though.

Can’t get all of the product out of the tube

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product, but this is my 5th one and the pump button only allows half the product to come out. I have to use a tiny lip brush for the bottom half of all the tubes. Very disappointing and flaw in design.
