Tarte hit a home run with this lip plump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this product. 10/10 for me. They glide on like butter, are super hydrating & have the slightest minty tingle on your lips. I have given these as gifts many times and continuously buy them for myself.
