Good product faulty packaging

Worst packaging ever!!! After less than a week the paint is chipping? Like black paint coming off and then it gets on my hands and when I touch my face I get black specs everywhere and they’re impossible to get off! The mascara itself is great I personally enjoy it and it keeps my lashes curled and gives volume but I just can’t get over the packaging :(
