I’ve used Olaplex No. 3 for years, and the new formula is so disappointing. It’s much thicker, tackier, and harder to distribute than the original. Instead of leaving my hair soft and hydrated, it makes it feel dry, fluffy, and less healthy. Please bring back the original formula!

New Formula HORRIBLE

“New & Improved” formula has TRASHED my hair after using the original formula for the last 5 years. Brittle, tangly, stressed out hair within a month of started the new formula. So so bad. Sprinting toward K18 to try and save my hair. Byeee Olaplex!
