Potential formula change?
I don’t know if the formula changed but this is now disappointingly dry and thick on my eyes. Likely going to replace for my other standard primer which is Thank Me Later by Elizabeth Mott . I’m sad as this was my go-to.

It used to be my fav
They changed ittttt, nooooo. It’s dry and thick and terrible. I can barely get enough on the applicator to cover the lid. I don’t know where to go from here!
