not happy

I really wanted to love these. The brown tort headband was literally my personality for the two days I owned it. I wore it ONCE — on Christmas — felt adorable, everything was great. Then the very next morning I go to grab it off my dresser and it SNAPS CLEAN IN HALF like it was made of dry spaghetti. I didn’t drop it, I didn’t stretch it, I didn’t sit on it — it just broke from EXISTING in my hand.For a two-pack, that basically makes it a one-pack, and the black one is just sitting there like, “guess you’re stuck with me now.” I didn’t buy this so the backup could become the main character. I wanted the brown one. THAT was the whole point.I’m not asking these to survive an earthquake or hold my entire life together — just to last longer than 24 hours. For the price, I expected better quality than something that gives up on life faster than my New Year’s resolutions.They’re cute, yes. VERY cute. But honestly? I’m still annoyed every time I look at the broken pieces. If you buy these, just be ready to baby them like fine china, because apparently normal use is too much to ask.
