Disappointing – tube appears underfilled

I’ve just received this retinal and I’m concerned about the amount of product in the tube. There seems to be a significant amount of air inside, and when I press the pump, only a very small amount of product comes out. The tube feels surprisingly light and gives the impression that it may not be properly filled. For the price, I expected a full tube and a pump that dispenses the product normally. Very disappointing for a brand I usually trust.

Excellent strength, just listen to your skin!

I love this serum. Yes it's yellow (people it's vit A, it has this tone), yes it is strong, but goodness, it works! My skin reacts to it if I overdo it, so I have to make sure not to. Everyone is different and it's about finding the rhythm that suits your skin. I think this is one of the best retinals out there, especially at this price. PS, can we stop filling up comments with #giftedbytheOrdinary people? Real people who paid for their product should be the ones to display.
