Seems promising

I’ve tried it out once. I think it does help minimize the under eye purple bags, but they don’t completely go away. I’ll need to experiment with it more.

Goes on well and so initially looks beautiful but does not last. By the end of the day it is patchy and broken up. So disappointed. I really wanted to like it
