Finest brow pen

I bought this eyebrow pen as the tip seemed so fine which is exactly what I look for with hair like stokes for doing my brows. I love the applicator as it has the most finest strokes I have seen out of all the brow products both high end and drugstore I have ever tried the only problem is the ink flow is less either after using for a short time or when storing the pen. I have shaken it before use, stored on its side and with the nib facing down but it never quite works and lasts a full brow application. If the continuous flow could be fixed this would be the best brow product out there due to the tip applicator but right now it's too finicky with stop start. Please fix this as it's an amazing product.
