Completely waterproof, will not come off until you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner is actually so much better than i expected. It’s hard for me to use eyeliner because i have hooded eyes, so i have to find an eyeliner that wont move or smudge. This eyeliner is so waterproof (you can see the videos) even trying to rub it off my hands it doesn’t move. Face wash and makeup remover works but other than that (water, sweat, etc.) it will not come off. This eyeliner is amazing, won’t come off for anything until you want it to!
