Perfect option for eyes and upper lips

Love it, good for under eyes and upper lips, i bought this one for my new NYX powder and work great together.

I got this product because of the amazing reviews. However, after a couple weeks I’ve yet to think it’s a good product for me. Maybe it’s the make up im using - Saie and Tarte? Not sure. I’ll try another brand and see how it works?!
