Best mascara

Not as good as XL
I didn’t realize Tarte makes two different tubing mascaras. I had the Xl and loved it. Ordered this one by mistake and the formula is not nearly as good. It’s oilier and transfers to my hooded lids a bit. It’s also waaay harder to remove. I definitely need to use soap and/or rub hard which is not great for the eye skin.
