The shampoo left my hair feeling soft, smooth, and nicely hydrated, which I really liked. However, I did notice more hair shedding than usual in the shower, which made me hesitant to keep using it. It may work well for others, but personally, I have mixed feelings and probably wouldn’t repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my birthday gift and really like it. I have thick coarse hair that gets extremely dry at the ends, and this did a good job. My hair feels softer after one wash, and my ends look noticeably smoother. 10/10 on the scent for me. I love the smell and didn't find it overpowering at all. Don't let some of the negative reviews sway your decision. It's going to perform better for certain hair types over others just like any other brand. Im a regular purchaser of high-end products, and this is a solid choice.
