Best AND dual use

Love love love this product! Moisturizer is almost not necessary with thise unique toner. After a week all tightness and dryness gone after cleansing. I've used it to hydrate after cleansing and as a light cleanser when I've needed a touch up and it works great! I don't need to use as much moisturizer as I used to, my own moisture barrier is restored and improved. M
