Bad quality packaging

The product itself is good, very creamy and blendable. The packaging is just awful, the tip of the pencil broke and fell off the moment i first opened it. I have so many lip liners and this is the first time I’m experiencing anything like this.

Love the product hate the LID

I love the colour pay off, the texture and the wear! My only complaint is the LID. The lid does not stay on and I’m constantly smushing the tip of the pencil and wasting product and money because the lid falls off.
