Great toner

Very good! I wanted to replace my Paula’s choice niacinimide toner and this one seems to do the same thing. It’s not oily at all and I like that it’s fragrance free.

If u have oily skin get this

I have oily skin and it never broke me out and it lowkey lessens my oily skin. And its so good as a make up prep 10/10 hoe
