I equate it to a highlighter, it's a bright scent

I was expecting it to be more oil based where the scent doen't change when on my skin. It does, however, keep an almost ever present effervesence that stays in the roof of your nose. I equate it to a highlighter as the smell is bright. I appologize if that doesn't make sense.
