Buyer BEWARE!

Keeps saying 'Submission Failed' when I try to post a negative review. I used this ONCE! put on scalp, and used my rubber scalp massager to gently distribute. For reference, I have medium length, fine, thinning, straight color-treated hair. I do not use heat on my hair, unless it's a special occasion. My hair has been thinning over the past few years, due to Perimenopause and PCOS/hormonal imbalances. I read that not exfoliating your scalp could actually make hair thinning worse, hence me trying this product. It may be user error- I did use the rubber tipped scalp massager.. but this product absolutely DESTROYED my hair! My hair is a few inches past my shoulders, and the strands are like an old rope- split all the way up to the top of my ears! I'm devastated!! Buyers BEWARE!
