Wet like water

Very wet and runny liquid that kinds of just drips down your face and takes awhile to dry before you can moisturise. I’ve been using this for the past month and haven’t felt any difference. I expected a lot more for the price but really disappointed in the product. Will be returning to my old eye cream.
