Disappointing new formula

The previous eye cream that was discontinued (brightening eye cream with caffeine and hyaluronic acid) was so much better. I repurchased that one multiple times over many years. It was also marketed to reduce dark circles appearance by 56%, while this one only says 21% (both after 28 days of use). Why come out with a new product that’s not even marketed to be as good as the old one?! BRING THE OLD ONE BACK PLS
