Skin in worse condition after use

Been using for about a month. My skin is in worse condition now. Dry, patchy, irritated and more frequent breakouts. It sometimes stings on being applied. Not happy at all, but the face wash and toner are wonderful

Leave smy skin feeling lovely and soft

I tried a sample of this in store and it was so soft and soothing on my skin. When i got home, I immediately purchased a pot and have been using it morning and night ever since. It really is a lovely product and leaves my skin feeling very soft. Definitely recommend to anyone.
