Pigmented/Matte-ish finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The blush is super pigmented so it can be helpful to remember that when using the brush. I lightly tap the product and then dab it on my hand prior to applying to my face so as not to over apply. You can, however, also use your finger to apply when in a pinch. Just remember that it needs blended out since the color is so concentrated. I think it’s a nice cream option that dries on the matte side.
