Entire stick fell out the first week I began using

I love this product but the last stick I purchased, the rose gold, the whole stick fell out right away. They need to design a much better method to hold these in, especially at this luxury price.

Broken stick when package was opened

I love the rose gold colour but soon after I opened the package, half the stick fell out which makes me wonder if it were in fact used or if that’s just the cheap quality of the stick and packaging :-( Not worth the price which is disappointing cuz the colour is pretty!
