[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pigment is good, but you might have to go over it twice to get it that get black color. The texture is comparable to other pencil liners. It is smudge proof for the most part!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner is an interesting concept being targeted for waterline use. I also used it on my upper lid and it glided on smoothly. My eyes are sensitive so they didn’t react well to the eyeliner being on my waterline. However it is definitely very waterproof and does stay put. It was honestly pretty hard to get it all the way off with makeup remover. It is a dark black versatile shade.
