Dehydrating -- sits on surface and doesn't sink in

Dimethicone is the second ingredient and although it feels ok going on, it sits on top of your skin instead of soaking in deeply like you want a serum to do. My dry skin feels dehydrated within an hour even under a rich moisturizer, instead of comfortable and hydrated like the fat-soluable THD should help it feel. I'm sure all the Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer doesn't help. Paula's seems to care more about how it feels in your hands and going on than what it does to your face. I'm trying to find a replacement for the exorbitant PTR Potent-C serum, but this aint it. It may be fine on oily skin.

Perfect vitamin C

This vit c is perfect for skin brightening it came recommended to me by a friend and I have also recommended it my sister. I can see the difference in my skin it’s much brighter.
