Almost, but triggers fungal acne

Got a sample of this and immediately loved it, had no problems with it and ordered a full-size within a week. It was perfect for my convo but dehydrated skin. After using the full-size consistently, it started to trigger fungal acne on my chin in ways I haven’t had in years. It must be the fermented ingredient in it. I’ll never understand why brands use fermented ingredients and claim it’s acne safe! It could have been my holy grail product but unfortunately had to discontinue use.
