Product was separated

I bought two of these and after opening one and finding the product separated, I opened the second one and found it was separated as well. I’m still using it because it was $$ but I’m going back to Lean It Zero balm which is better at half the price.

Awful smell and texture. Doesn’t do a great job of removing eye makeup. Also stings the eyes. I loved the previous version of the Sephora cleaning balm. This was disappointing.
